Located on James Cook Island Prime Inner circle position, this three-level residential building is the largest residential formwork on the Island, set on a level approx 900 sqm parcel of land with very wide water frontage of 40 metres. Sylvania Waters dwelliing was formed to ensure a luxurious and seamless indoor-outdoor connection with large open-water views of the inner circle, complete with a pool, deck, and our signature spiral staircases from ground floor to the upper-most level.
