This project involved forming a new-build, communal development which comprises of 6 main levels + 1 basement level and a rooftop communal lounge and courtyard.

The dwelling features 62 co-living boarding units ranging from 20-30 square meters, featuring intelligent layouts, private terraces, ensuites, and kitchens. Works included a Full FRP Package by Growthform of formwork Supply & Install, Steel Placement, Concrete Supply, Pump, and Placement, and Dincel Installation.
