This project transformed an outdated complex into a bright, open, and modern commercial and residential environment.

With a new, full-formed structure including over 100 towered units (commercial complexes and residential units) over 16 levels + 6 basement levels, the space now feels more connected, safe, and welcoming for visitors, families, and working professionals.

The result is a fresh and functional form that blends practicality with thoughtful design.
